the last three years we have made the conclusion that there is truly
a "changing of the tide" in the Senior Tour market. The World
War II generation has aged and become less able to participate in the
type of tour offerings that we have historically provided. For many
years they made up 80 to 90 percent of our Senior Tour participants.
Jones Travel & Tour has made the difficult decision to withdraw
from the Senior Tour Market for the 2004 season to further research
the viability of the future needs of the new retirees. Jones has recently
invested multi-million dollar acquisitions of motorcoaches to concentrate
on our core business. We now operate a fleet of 95% 55 passenger motorcoaches
with the availability of 47's, mini's and executive limos. We encourage
